To mark our 25th anniversary, MB Piland is raising awareness of period poverty and collecting period supplies for Topeka Public Schools USD 501. The items on this list will be packaged into kits for schools nurses and other appropriate staff to give to students who need menstrual products in order to attend classes and school activities. Our hope is that through the generosity of our clients, partners and friends, we will help 501 schools meet this basic need so that every student has opportunity to participate and succeed in school.
When we know more, we can do more. Help us normalize conversation on this topic. Please share this link and information.
This campaign will conclude on March 31, 2023, with a packing party. But the need is ongoing. We will launch the second phase of Punctuating the Period on April 1. For phase 2 we will continue to collect donations for Topeka Public Schools and send products each month through the end of 2023 to help schools keep stock on hand for students in need.
