  Covenant House New York's (CHNY) mission is to help teenagers and young adults turn the tragedy of homelessness, abandonment, and exploitation into an opportunity for growth and transformation. We do this through our trauma informed approach that incorporates compassion, unconditional love, and respect throughout our programs and services. CHNY serves young people ages 16-24 at our Manhattan and Bronx programs. CHNY offers a warm, comfortable living environment, and our team works closely with the young people in our care to teach important life skills, such as cooking and cleaning. Our requests are highly needed resources that support the day-to-day lives of our young people and leave an impact on their journey to independence.
