RightGift ensures transparent pricing, incorporating standard shipping charges into all prices. The shipping policy outlines an average delivery time of 7-14 days, considering payment processing and shipping duration. Expedited shipping is available for Alaska and Hawaii. Factors affecting delivery dates include order placement, shipping partner schedules, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. RightGift strives to address delays but cannot guarantee resolutions in all cases.

Returns/Exchanges

The returns/exchanges policy covers damaged items with replacement options, while sizing issues are handled case by case. Some items may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%, plus shipping costs. Please note the following terms in our shipping policy:

  • All kit and food orders are considered final and cannot be returned.
  • Certain items are not eligible for return, as indicated in the product details.
  • If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please do so within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Ensure that returned items are in their original packaging and in the same quantity as originally purchased.
  • In the event that an item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will recommend a substitution based on availability or offer a RightGift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s).
  • For missing or damaged items, please verify your order within 10 days of delivery to qualify for solution.
